5. Orders & Instant Deployment

Most services are provisioned automatically after successful payment. However, some orders may require manual verification to prevent fraud or abuse.

6. Payments & Billing

All invoices must be paid before the due date. Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing paid billing periods.

7. Service Suspension

AdminRDP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in abuse, fraudulent activities, chargebacks, policy violations, or activities that may negatively affect our infrastructure or other customers.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Certain products, custom configurations, dedicated servers, and services already delivered may not qualify for refunds.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and network uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

AdminRDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Intellectual Property
