REFUND POLICY
We offer a 24 hour FULL Money back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service without testing demo and were not satisfied with our service (even without giving any reason for
un-satisfaction). Setup fees will not be refunded.
Rest users must mention the reason for un-satisfaction, we will try our best to solve the problem if we can't then ONLY money will be refunded.
Refunds After 24 hours 50% of the base price (excluding Transaction fees, setup fees) will be refunded within 15 days. However after 15 days of activation NO refund will me made.
- 1:- I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands).
- 2:- I ordered by mistake
- 3:- I changed my mood, I don't want RDP
- 4:- I don't know how to use the VPS/RDP Server
- 5:- I want RDP with admin/root rights (It's not possible until you upgrade to VPS, shared hosting does not come with admin/root access)
- 7:- I ordered the wrong plan mistakenly. ( Contact us and we will change the plan without any extra cost )
- 8:- Hacking/Bruteforcing/Spamming Tools are not allowed hence I want refund
- 9:- I don't have Internet Connection to use your service. OR I have very poor Internet connection for Remote Session.
- 10:- I was out of station/Vacation and was not able to use your server.
- 11:- Or anything similar to above points.
The following points will NOT be accepted for asking refunds
Note If you will violate our ToS, no refund will be made on any situation.
Note Opening dispute without any reason or even opening dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and RDP/VPS will also get terminated. You agreed to follow our ToS and Refund Policy during payment, hence paypal / payza will also make refunds based on our Refund Policy.
